We are a Melbourne Florist and offer delivery in the Greater Melbourne area with charges starting from $15.00 and will vary on the distance of the delivery location or Pick Up Free.

Delivery on Weekdays
From Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), customer online orders that are placed BEFORE 12:00 pm for business deliveries and BEFORE 1:00 pm for residential deliveries can usually be delivered on the same day. However, we regret to advise that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will strive to the best of our abilities and scheduling to fulfill customer needs and requirements, but cannot promise to guarantee them.
Delivery on Saturday
Deliveries on a Saturday are available, however we must request that the order be placed BEFORE 11.00am.
Delivery for Sunday or Public Holidays
Yes! We also provide delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Urgent Delivery Requests
If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (for example, the order is placed after the above times and requires a delivery on the same day of order) please call us () during our business hours (9am-6pm Monday to Friday) and notify us of this requirement. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in this case.
If our customers require urgent delivery during a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, it is requested that customers contact us PRIOR to placing the order, as this ensures that delivery times are suitable for both our florist, and for the recipient. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Delivery Address
In the case that an incorrect address is supplied, Les Petales is not held responsible. Please enter all details correctly. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.
If the Recipient is not Home
We request that the recipients are home to receive the flowers, particularly for those in apartment buildings. It is best that dates and times are checked beforehand to guarantee this.
If in the case that there is no one to accept the delivery, our driver will leave the flowers if they deem it safe to do so. However, if our driver finds the location inappropriate or unsafe, we will do our best to deliver after rescheduling to an agreed time; it should be noted that if this is to occur, an additional delivery fee may be charged.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer:
